  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Combine garlic, oil and red pepper in a small custard cup.
  3. Cover tightly with foil.
  4. Bake until garlic is tender, about 35 minutes.
  5. Steam broccoli until tender, about 8 minutes.
  6. Process with beans, lemon juice and oil/garlic mixture.
  7. Spread on bread and enjoy.
