  1. Dissolve yeast in water.
  2. Add salt and sugar.
  3. Blend in 2 cups flour.
  4. Crush garlic and add with herbs.
  5. Add 2 cups more flour, and more if dough is too sticky.
  6. Roll into snakes and shape.
  7. Sprinkle with kosher salt if desired.
  8. Bake at 425°F for 10 – 15 minutes or until browned.
