  1. Dissolve baking powder and yeast in water. Add salt and sugar.
  2. Blend or mix with 2 cups flour.
  3. Crush garlic and add with herbs.
  4. Add 2 cups more flour, and more if dough is too sticky.
  5. Roll into snakes or lines and shape. Sprinkle with kosher salt, if desired.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 10 – 15 minutes or until browned. Serve hot and plain or with other appetizers.
