- 2 medium avocados, mashed
- 5 radishes, finely chopped
- 2 tsp green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated rind
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 tsp parsley, watercress or cilantro, minced
- dash hot sauce, if desired
- salt
- pepper
