sweet potato Cakes. Easy and tasty! Preparation and cooking time quick - 40 minutes or less.

1/2 cup(s) of milk
500 gramme of sweet potatoes
1/2 cup(s) of flour, Wheat
50-100 gramme of Sugar
2 stick(s) cinnamon

[edit] Directions

Wash and peel sweet potatoes, boil in milk and mash.
Add ground cinnamon and flour.
Knead into dough and shape into small balls.
Fry at moderate temperature.
