- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup diet margarine
- 2 tbsp diet margarine
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp margarine
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 tsp powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350í. Spray bundt pan with pam. cream margarines and Sugar. Add eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add buttermilk. Mix well and pour into sprayed bundt pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350í. Cool 15 minutes and then remove from pan. Sprinkle with the powdered sugar before serving
