  • 5 c. rhubarb, finely cut
  • 3 c. Sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. fruit flavored Jell-O


Directions Edit

  1. Combine rhubarb and Sugar.
  2. Let stand until the Sugar draws juice, about 3 to 5 hours.
  3. Boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add flavored gelatin.
  5. This recipe makes 2 pints of jam.
