This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Turner Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1997.

- Puree yogurt and fruit in blender adding honey once the fruit is well blended.
- Pour mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Spoon into blender and whip for 1 minute.
- Pour mixture into paper cups them freeze until firm.
