Frikadeller would be the Danish version of meatballs. Often served with potatoes and gravy.

Ingredients Edit

  • 500 g ground veal and pork mix
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 dl (~0.5 cup) milk
  • Some salt and pepper

Directions Edit

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Shape them into round meatballs with a spoon and fry them on a pan
