Ingredients Edit

  • 4 pork chops
  • Tony's seasoning (to taste)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbls canola oil
  • 2 tbls flour
  • 1 tbls bread crumbs
  • 1 onion chopped

Directions Edit

  1. Pound the chops with the pounder, add Tony's
  2. Blend flour and bread crumbs
  3. dredge chops with the beaten egg, then flour and breadcrumbs
  4. Brown onions slightly in oil
  5. Fry breaded chops and onions in hot oil, at low heat until browned & tender
  6. Place chops on blot towel on both sides
  7. =====Serve with cooked vegetables or salad =====
