Only 15 minutes to prepare and serves 4 people. Serve with fried black bean paste and tortillas.

  1. Peel plantains and cut into ½ inch slices.
  2. Fry in hot oil until they turn golden.
  3. Put on a board and flatten the slices with a rolling pin.
  4. Sprinkle some salt on them and put them back in the pan, frying until crispy.
  5. Drain and serve.
