• 800g. Lampuki
• vinegar
• salt and pepper
• olive oil
• lemon
• flour

1. Cut off the head and tail of the fish and clean carefully wash and cut the fish into four portions pass through the sifted flour season and fry both sides on a very low heat till golden.
