- 6 ears of corn (shucked)
- 1 small green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 small red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 white Onion (diced)
- 2 TBS oil
- 1 TBS Sugar
- 1 TBS milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 small tomato (diced)
- salt and pepper to taste
- in a hot skillet combine oil, corn, peppers, Onion, Sugar and milk. Stir fry over high heat until all ingredients are mixed well.
- Cover and let cook over medium heat (checking, stirring often) until corn is carmelized. Mix in butter and salt/pepper to taste. Add diced tomatoes to garnish finished dish.
