Fresh Orange Glaze for Ham
Grated orange peel from 2 large oranges 1/2 cup fresh orange juice 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 2 t. dry mustard 2 T. prepared mustard
In small pan, mix all ingredients and boil hard for 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Set aside and cool to room temperature. During the final 45 minutes of baking time, before ham is done, brush or spoon glaze over ham from time to time. This glaze is also good over sweet potatoes, carrots, roast chicken or turkey.
