  1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add flour, milk and almond extract.
  3. Beat at low speed until well blended.
  4. Press dough onto bottom and sides of 10" tart pan with removable bottom.
  5. Prick bottom with fork and bake at 400°F for 13 – 20 minutes until light golden brown.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Stir together the sour cream and sugar.
  8. Spread over crust.
  9. Sprinkle with coconut.
  10. Arrange mangos on top.
