- ½ a California avocado
- 2 slices of your favorite bread
- 4 thin slices of mozzarella Cheese
- Sprouts
- 4 very thin slices of roma tomato
- 4 very thin slices of cucumber
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp of margarine or butter
Directions[]
First toast your favorite bread and lightly butter or margarine them
Slice half an avocado and place on one slice of bread
Place four thin roma tomato slices (or two regular tomato slices) on top of the avocado
salt and pepper the tomato slices
Add two slices of the Cheese
Add the four thin slices of cucumber
Add the sprouts
Add with the last 2 slices of Cheese
Top with the other slice of bread
