Fresh Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 5 C. fresh blueberries
- 2 T. flour
- 1 C. water
- 1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 T. water
Directions
1.Combine berries, water and sugar in a 2-quart bowl; set aside. Stir 2 T. water and flour together until smooth.
2.Transfer berry mixture to a large saucepan. Place on burner and bring to a boil, stirring often.
3.Stir flour mixture into blueberry mixture. Cook 1 minute over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Cool for about 1/2 hour.
4.Chill. Serve over pound cake. Makes 4 cups.
