French Pudding

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs 2 cups whipping cream, whipped stiff 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers 1 1/2 to 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained 1 cup chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Roll wafers and put a layer in bottom of greased pan. Add a layer of pineapple and nuts, then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat until all ingredients are used, using whipped cream for the top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. Source: My Old Recipes
