- 1/2 Lb. Small Mushroom Caps
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Place All Ingredient But The mustard And parsley in Pan. Cover And Cook Over High Heat For 10 Minutes. Shake Often. Uncover The Pan And Set Aside to Cool. When Cold, Remove The Mushrooms From The Juice And Blend in The mustard. Pour The Marinade Over The Mushrooms, Garnish With Fresh parsley, Serve Cold.
