  2. Then you toss on the pepperoni, the cheese, and the sauerkraut.
  3. Stack it up sandwich-style.
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan over med.
  5. Heat and fry your Reuben on each side for a couple of minutes, until golden and deliciously brown.
  6. Slice in half.
  7. Eat. It's sooooo good!
