Directions Edit

  1. In deep pan, fry the fish in the oil.
  2. Add the garlic and onion.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until onions are clear.
  4. Add water. Simmer 15 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes and spinach. (If other greens are used they should be blanched ahead of time.)
  6. Season to taste.
  7. Simmer until all is done.
  8. Serve with Baton de manioc / Chikwangue, Fufu, or rice.
