• 800 g fish fillet (1 3/4 lb)
• 70 g flour (2/3 c)
• 80 g oil (1/3 c)
• 100 g Onion (2/3 c chopped)
• pepper
• salt

1. Chop fish fillet finely, add flour, salt, oil and pepper.
2. Stir thoroughly and shape small balls.
3. Cook in salted boiling water.
4. Chop onion finely and serve with tolcheniki.
