A very nice recipe for making traditional fish cakes Canadian style. All i can say is try it and buy it ! Enjoy !

  1. Cut salt Pork into small pieces and fry until brown in frying pan.
  2. Remove Pork cubes, leaving fat in pan to fry fish cakes.
  3. Mix fish, potatoes, Onion together.
  4. Shape into fish cakes and coat with flour.
  5. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
