Ingredients[]
- 2 pounds pizza dough, one pound for each pizza
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese, grated - 8oz per pizza
- 2 cups pizza sauce - 1 cup per pizza
- 2 - 6oz cans sliced olives
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced and blanched
- 1 head of Broccoli, cut into florets and blanched
- 1 cup sliced Mushrooms
