Mon Lon Ye Paw

Ingredients[]

Directions[]

In a bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, standard rice flour, salt and water until you have smooth rice dough. Moisten your hands and scoop into the dough to make small rice balls. Use your thumb to make hole in the rice ball. Put in a cube of small Sugar in the center of the ball. Then roll the ball around to close the hole. Boil 6 cups of water in a saucepan. Drop the balls in the water and cook for 10-12 minutes. The balls are cooked when they float. Remove the balls and sprinkle with grated coconut. This recipe makes about 50 balls.
