Chili-Lime Butter

• Yield: about ½ cup butter topping

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons lime zest
• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 2 tablespoons grill seasoning
• 1 stick butter

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot, and melt butter over low heat.
2. Transfer to a small bowl, for basting or spreading.

Notes

1. May Cover the homemade butter with the plastic wrap then reserve this in the freezer after cooling.
2. Serve warm with grilled corn
3. May add 3 red chilis, chopped and 1 teaspoon lime juice to increase flavor
