Polenta
Ingredients[]
- 3 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup stone ground cornmeal
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- juice of ½ lemon
- fresh ground black pepper
Directions[]
- To tomato sauce add the lemon juice and black pepper.
- Boil water and salt.
- Add cornmeal.
- Cook several minutes.
- Stir in dill and feta.
- Serve topped with tomato sauce.
