Ingredients[]
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- ½ cup finely chopped celery
- ½ cup finely chopped carrots
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- ½ cup margarine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 large loaf dried bread cut into cubes.
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of finely chopped chicken

- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add bread cubes, salt,pepper, milk, 1 chicken broth and chicken to vegetable mixture and mix.
- Bake 35 – 45 minutes at 350 °F.
