Amish Chicken Dressing

Ingredients

• ½ cup finely chopped onion
• ½ cup finely chopped celery
• ½ cup finely chopped carrots
• 1 cup diced potatoes
• ½ cup margarine
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 large loaf dried bread cut into cubes.
• 1 tsp salt
• ⅛ tsp pepper
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 cups of finely chopped chicken

Directions

1. Cook until vegetables are tender.
2. Add bread cubes, salt,pepper, milk, 1 chicken broth and chicken to vegetable mixture and mix.
3. Bake 35 – 45 minutes at 350 °F.
