Ingredients[]
- 1 lb cod fillets
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
Directions[]
- Combine fish and cauliflower.
- Chill.
- Blend cream with mayonnaise.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to mixture to coat ingredients.
- Toss to mix.
- Place in center of lettuce-covered platter.
- Surround with tomatoes and cucumber.
- Serve with remaining mayonnaise mixture.
