Swedish Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 4 egg whites
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 4 cup apple finely chopped

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix all ingredients except apples.
3. Stir in chopped apple.
4. Spray lightly a pie pan with no-stick spray.
5. Put mixture in the pan and sprinkle with of cinnamon and sugar.
6. Bake for about 35 minutes.
7. Best served warm.
