Fijian Green Mango Salad

- 4 small green mangoes
- 1 & 1/4 cups coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
[edit] Directions
1. Wash, peel and grate the mangoes.
2. Mix the coconut cream and lemon juice or vinegar in a bowl.
3. Add the grated mango and Onion and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Leave to stand for atleast 10 minutes before serving.
