• 2 cups stone ground whole wheat flour
• 3 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp molasses
• 1/4 cup sucanat
• 1 tsp vanilla

1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Mix in water to desired consistency.
3. The thicker the batter the higher the pancake.
4. Fry in non-stick pan until golden brown.
