Enchilada Hot Dish

1 package corn tortillas 1 onion, chopped 1-1/2 pounds ground beef 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can mild enchilada sauce

In a large skillet brown the ground beef and onion. Remove from heat and drain excess fat. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the tortillas and cheese. Heat through. Layer the tortillas (6) in the bottom of a baking pan. Pour some of the meat mixture, then cheese, then another layer of tortilla shells, more meat, top with cheese. Bake at 350-degrees for 20 minutes.
