  1. Prepare Dreamfields elbows according to package directions.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté garlic in olive oil for 3 minutes.
  3. If using fresh spinach, coarsely chop.
  4. If using frozen spinach, thaw and drain.
  5. Place spinach in sauté pan and cook until wilted, about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Toss spinach with tomatoes and hot pasta.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
