  1. Combine crumbs, Sugar & butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Bake in 325 °F oven for 10 mins.
  3. Let cool on rack.

Filling[]

  1. Beat together Cheese, Sugar, cream & flour until smooth; beat in eggs, rum & nutmeg.
  2. Pour into crust & bake in 425 °F oven for 10 mins.
  3. Bake in 250 °F oven for 45 mins.
  4. Or until centre is barely firm to the touch.
  5. Loosen cake from rim; let cool before removing sides.
  6. Garnish with chocolate cutouts & candies.
