Dry ingredients[]
- 1¼ cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Wet ingredients[]
Directions[]
- Sift together the dry ingredients mix together the wet ingredients.
- Make a hole in the centre of the dry ingredients.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix -- only until ingredients are blended.
- Heat your non-stick griddle to a medium high temperature (cook on one side for 2 minutes, then flip and cook 1 more minute on the other side).
- Serve hot.
