  1. Break egg into bowl and beat well.
  2. Grease frying pan and pour the egg into the pan.
  3. Cook until to become gold.
  4. Mix other ingredients until well blended.
  5. Grease the pan and pour ingredients into the pan (you can add green onion, sweet corn or other chopped vegetable if you want).
  6. Cook until done and become gold.
  7. Place egg on the cooked flour mixture and roll it up.
  8. Cut into 1½ – 2 inch slices.
