- Break egg into bowl and beat well.
- Grease frying pan and pour the egg into the pan.
- Cook until to become gold.
- Mix other ingredients until well blended.
- Grease the pan and pour ingredients into the pan (you can add green onion, sweet corn or other chopped vegetable if you want).
- Cook until done and become gold.
- Place egg on the cooked flour mixture and roll it up.
- Cut into 1½ – 2 inch slices.
