  1. set your Pasta to boil by instructions I prefer egg noodles.
  2. Slice Raw liver into small to medium not too large just so it will be comfortable to eat and fry on an oiled hot pan lihgtly salted add a little flour
  3. let fry and stir quickly until the flour get cooked, then add sourcream also with Dairy cream or milk.
  4. let to simmer.
  5. Drain noodles add to sautée and spyce with green like Parcely for instance.
