  • Makes ½ gallon.

  1. Beat eggs until foamy.
  2. Gradually add sugar.
  3. Beat until thickened.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Chill 1 hour.
  6. Churn freezer according to manufacturer's instructions.
  7. After freezing.
  8. Transfer to plastic container.
  9. Let set (ripen) in freezer at least 2 hours before serving.
