  1. Combine cabbage, onions, celery seed and rice.
  2. Add pepper and soy sauce to beaten eggs.
  3. Stir eggs into cabbage mixture.
  4. For each pancake pour ⅓ cup mixture on lightly greased griddle.
  5. Cook until lightly browned on each side.
  6. Serve with Chinese sauce.

Chinese sauce Edit

  1. Mix together chicken broth and cornstarch.
  2. Cook until thickened.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and pepper.
