An alcoholic egg cream, (or chocolate collins), prepared in an unorthodox fashion for such a beverage. Tanqueray and San Pellegrino may also be replaced by 6 ounces Guinness® extra stout, making the drink a "Motor City Black Cow", so named because it is the alcoholic version of a Detroit Egg Cream.
- 3 ounces Pat O'Brian's Sweet and Sour Mix®
- 3 ounces Tanqueray®
- 3 ounces Vermeer Dutch Chocolate Cream Liqueur®
- 3 ounces San Pellegrino®
- 3 ounces Ovaltine Malt®
- Pre–chill a 16 ounce collins glass.
- Fill shaker with ice.
- Combine all ingredients and shake well.
- Strain and serve.
