• 4 Chicken breasts
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 16 oz. tomato sauce
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 dash cayenne pepper

Directions Edit

1. Spray crockpot with a light cooking spray.
2. Arrange Chicken breasts in the bottom of the pot.
3. Mix the rest of the ingrediants in a bowl and pour over the Chicken. Try to coat all of the Chicken with the mixture.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours.
5. Serve on a bed of white rice.
