Easy Strawberry Bavarian
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 6-oz pkg. frozen strawberries
� pint Whipping cream
Dissolve gelatin in 1 C boiling water; add frozen strawberries. Stir until strawberries are thawed; refrigerate until thick. Whip cream until stiff; fold gently into gelatin mixture. Pour into mold. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Yield: 6-8 servings
