Easy Rice Pudding Pie with Fruit

  1. Combine Sugar and flour in 2-quart saucepan; gradually stir in milk.
  2. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thick and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat; cook, stirring, an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Gradually stir in 1 cup hot mixture into eggs.
  5. Return egg mixture to saucepan; bring to a slow boil.
  6. Cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in cooked rice, orange peel and vanilla.
  8. Cover and chill in refrigerator.
  9. Fold in whipped topping; pour into crust.
  10. Just before serving, garnish with oranges, kiwi fruit and banana
