Easy Mornay Sauce (Cheese Sauce)

  • 4 Tbs.butter
  • 4 Tbs.flour
  • 2 c.hot milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c.cheese, grated


[edit] Directions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Add in flour and stir 3 or 4 minutes until sauce is smooth.
  3. Then add milk, stirring constantly.
  4. While still stirring, add in egg yolks.
  5. Remove from heat and fold in Cheese.
