  1. Rub salt, ginger and garlic paste to the mutton pieces.
  2. If the meat is hard, rub 1 tsp of ground papaya peel.
  3. Keep for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Mix the remaining ingredients and apply to the mutton pieces.
  5. Arrange in a baking dish and on top arrange tomato or egg slices and bake in a moderate oven at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes.
