In Romanian: Supa de mazare uscata si smantana
- 7 oz / 200 g dried peas
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 hard boiled yolk
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon flour
- chopped dill
- cubed toasted bread
- Boil the peas with the vegetables.
- Strain and sieve only the peas and potatoes.
- Thin with some of the boiling liquid and set to boil with the hard boiled yolk which you have previously mixed with butter, flour and sour cream and thinned with a little boiling liquid.
- Mix well, add salt and chopped dill and let boil for a minute or two.
- Serve with croutons.
