Dried Beef Gravy Serves: 6 1/4 cup butter or margerine 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 pint milk -- lowfat okay 4.5 oz. jar dried beef, sliced thin 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

-Melt butter in skillet. -Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. -Slowly stir in milk, making sure to smooth out any lumps. -Stir beef and Worcestershire sauce into saucepan. -Simmer, stirring constantly, until thick, about 10-15 minutes. Serve over toast or biscuits. Delma
