  1. Grind lamb with onion in a mincer, add salt and pepper.
  2. Knead mincemeat and shape small balls.
  3. Cook in broth soaked peas, until done.
  4. Then add rice, sorrel, greens and meatballs, matsoni and salt.
  5. Bring to boil and cook until done.
