  1. Combine lemon juice, oil, dill, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl.
  2. Pour over shrimp.
  3. Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
  4. Combine shrimp mixture and rice.
  5. Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with egg wedges and dill.
