  1. Cut hard cooked eggs in halves, lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks from the whites, and mash the yolks with the soft butter.
  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion and salt; mix well.
  4. Stuff the hard cooked egg whites generously with the mixture.
  5. Arrange in a greased casserole, or baking dish.
  6. Pour the cheese sauce over them and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 20 minutes.

Cheese Sauce Edit

  1. Melt the butter, then blend in the flour.
  2. Add the milk gradually, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  3. Add the salt and pepper and the cheese.
  4. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Use as directed above.
